We value your feedback and welcome any compliments, complaints, and suggestions to help us improve our services.

Please feel free to provide feedback to Nangray Inclusive Supports about any aspect of our business or our services.

We will respond to your feedback as soon as possible. We will keep you informed of any actions we take following your feedback.

You can provide your feedback in several ways:

We can assist you with making a complaint and arrange an interpreter if necessary. You can also make a complaint with the assistance of a family member, a friend, or an independent advocate.If you would like more information about independent advocates to support the process the link provides a list of agencies and organisations that can assist you.

Depending on its nature, there may be an immediate resolution to your feedback. If your feedback is complex or requires further investigation, it may take longer to resolve, in this case we will maintain timely communication and provide regular updates. 

We will maintain the confidentiality of your feedback and only involve relevant Nangray Inclusive Support staff as required to resolve any issues.

You can submit an anonymous complaint, and we will investigate it to the best of our ability.
