Crafting Your Personalised Service Plan

Based on our discussions, we will create a personalised service plan to align with your NDIS goals and NDIS funding requirements. We will share with you our various properties and make plans with you to visit your preferred option so you can be assured it suits your needs.

Understanding Your Service Agreement

After we complete your service plan, we’ll provide you with a Service Agreement. The Service Agreement will outline the support, cost and responsibilities of Nangray and yourself. We will walk you through the Service Agreement to ensure you understand it and can confidentially sign it.

Beginning Your STA/Respite Care Journey

After signing the service agreement, we will then plan the specific dates with you and make arrangements for our Nangray staff to support you during your stay.
